Pour obtenir un nom de domaine,
Il suffit d'être inscrit sur un hébergeur comme ovh (http://www.ovh.com/fr/index.xml) (par exemple ;))
Pour ce qui concerne les sites qui te permet d'apprendre l'anglais, je te conseil de visionné cette page (http://www.google.be/search?sourceid=navclient&hl=fr&ie=UTF-8&rls=GGLD,GGLD:2005-14,GGLD:fr&q=cours++d%27anglais+sur+le+net) 22
